Car service gratuities?

We booked Tony Hinds to use for our trips back & forth & I am wondering how much to tip for each leg. From the airport to universal is one trip & then we are going from universal to Disney. How much would you tip each driver?

20% is pretty much the standard for orlando and other cities for private car service.

Do not give the entire round trip tip at the end of the first leg.

So you may need change which you should have before leaving home since change is hard to find at the airport between landing and ground transportation (unless you buy something which will consume some time).

I tip for all 3 parts of the planned ride in advance when Tony drops me off at Disney
I give him the total I owe for transportation and tip at the same time
This works for me

If drivers have to be switched unexpectedly then Tony handles that as he has my money in full
