Car Selection Procedure for Dollar

Hi Folks:

I haven't rented from Dollar for awhile. I am an Express member. I would like to make sure of the procedure. I have associated my member # with my reservation.

1. Can I go directly to the garage?

2. Do I have to pick the car they selected for me or can I go to the isle and select my own?

Yes you can go to straight to the garage.

If you don't like the car they have picked for you, you can pick one.
