Car seat on airplane?

Is it possible to request a car seat through the airline to use on the plane? We will be flying to Orlando with our 2 yo. and are using Disney's ME, so won't be renting a car. And I'm not thrilled about hauling DS's carseat with us if the airline will supply one for us. I know that you are not required to use a car seat while flying, but would feel better doing so. Any suggestions?

Ooh, a nice idea (would be soooooo convenient and easy!), but I don't think so. I've never heard of an airline that provided carseats for passengers to use. You'll have to bring your own.

Anyone else hear of an airline loaning carseats???

p.s. this idea has great business potential! kind of like the dvd's you can rent for your flight then return at your destination airport.
