Car Seat Exchange

Hope this is the right place to post this...
I have not seen this before and would like to know if it is ok to do. We will be getting a rental for two weeks and rather than rent a car seat for more than they cost, we are going to send one down. We have an extra and hubby was thinking of just leaving it there. I would do this more willingly If I knew someone else could benefit from it rather than just trash it. I would post a picture to id it, it was a hand me down to us so not sure how much more info I can provide, I will look on it to see if I can find more details. And then I start a post to fill in the dates after ours like the fridge swaps. Can we do this? Next step, to decide which one, that's the dealbreaker, we each want to get rid of a different one

Why can't you just bring yours with you? It is very easy to travel with one and if you are going ot the airport, you'll need one in the car anyway.
