Not if you are staying onsite which means you'd be paying for parking at the hotel. If you are staying off site, then yes, you will have to pay for parking.

But you only pay once per day. Pay at your first park, get a receipt, and show it at each other park you drive to.

True enough, although with park hopping currently not allowed, the only time I could see using this right now is if the second "Park" would be DHS so that you could access the Skyliner.
