Car Rental Question DFW

Renting in DFW from late May to early June. I see a decent rate for a premium before taxes for my 8 days ($156). If I rent this through Budget with Pay Now ... can I cancel it if I see a better rate?

I have always used Priceline ... so I have no experience with budget cancellation policies.
