Car Rental on WDW

Hello All,
Does the Dolphin still have a rental desk, the last time I was there, I book a car for pick up there and when the bus pick me up, told me they had closed the desk and the only rental spot was the one near MK, is this still the case, with being at the Beach Club, would be nice to walk over and pick up the car.

Their hours are shorter the the CCC. I believe they're open 8am-4pm.
