Nope. All the great rates end on 12/16. We come into TPA late on 12/16 and it would cost us 2-3 times more to pick up a car on 12/17 instead of 12/16 even paying for one fewer day.

My rate went down again! Alamo extended the $35 coupon - AD2359FDF. My rate is now $87.57!!! WooHoo I'm loving it!! The compact is even less.

Coupon AD2123JMC now give $30 off. It's on Mousesavers.

My 12-day reservation for a mid-size car is down to $175 including all taxes with Alamo! That's less than $15 per day with taxes! The downside is that Alamo is one of the only off-terminal car rental places in Tampa and we have a very early flight out.


ETA AD2359FDF wasn't working for me about 30 minutes ago and now it is. Another $5 saved and down to $170 for 12 days.

I just rechecked my rate (Dec 15 - Dec 20) and my rate went down another $13.57 now my total is only $74.00 with everything!! I am doin' the happy dance.

I have NEVER had a lower rate!!!

The National rate isn't too bad for New Year's . I would not book an Economy car if you have more than two people. The car rental places in Florida *do* stock Econ cars and you may not get a free upgrade.

Thanks Robin. Do you think I should also reserve Dollar which is available at $279. If National doesen't allow stacking entertainment.com coupon and Amex corp code together I maybe able to switch to the Dollar reservation.

Has someone made two reservations in past and just went for one without cancelling the other. I don't have to give my credit card for reservation so I believe it should still be ok. But I just want to confirm since I have never double booked before.

So i am completly new to renting a car, i am arriving at MCO Jan. 8th and want to rent a car till the 16th, now here is were it gets tricky, we are leaving on a cruise the 16th, and i have noticed by looking around that, it seems the cheapest route would be to rent a car 8th-16th then return it to the airport then do another 1day rental and drop it of at the port, does that seem to be what others do?? Also any other help on rental coupons would be AWESOME, thanks.
