Car Rental at the Dolphin? Swan??

I'm going to be going down in probably 2 or 3 weeks to house hunt. Is it the Dolphin or Swan that has a car rental place? Which company is it? Anyone who's rented from them, I'd be thrilled to hear your experiences.

I've never once driven in Florida. If I could rent on Disney property, I'd at least have a clue of where I was. Renting at the airport is not what I want to do.
