My 05 Mercedes Kompressor has been recalled , it is no big deal I guess but I hate the way the handle this stuff. They send you a letter telling you to get your car in to service because the air bag may not deploy . The car starts telling you that you need to go to sevice ( that part scares me a little) So at this point you know they know the air bag may not work . When I call the girl said " Yes we know it has been recalled but we were not prepared for the recall so we have no parts for it " WHY ???? YOU RECALLED IT !
Now I wont let me son drive it because he is 17 and if he had a wreck I would never forgive myself if something happened. He is bummed because he likes to drive it in the evenings because it uses less gas the his Camaro . OK vent over now ....
