we've booked a vacation for two weeks, 1st week we're stayin onsite at POP the 2nd week off sire in a villa. We have purchased a 14 day ticket so that we can go back in the 2nd week, my question is does the free car parking at the parks only apply whilst stayin onsite or is it for the length of your ticket??
thanks in advance

Only the dates you are staying at a Disney resort. Why would it cover dates you are off site?

The parking pass will have the checkout date from the Disney resort printed on it.

If you exchanged one of the 14 day passes for an annual pass, you would be able to park free the second week as well. I am not sure how much you paid for the passes compared to the cost of an AP to tell if it would be worth doing as opposed to paying for parking for a week.

That is what he is asking..if the parking is attached to the ticket or the resort.

Parking is attached to the resort stay. Also annual passholders get complimentary theme park parking.

Nobody may park at a resort they are not staying at for the purpose of spending the day at a nearby park.

Others have covered this, but if your 14-day pass isn't attached to a package, you might consider buying an Annual Pass for one of you. There are some other perks associated (like dining, merchandise and recreation discounts) that you might be able to use. I know UKers often get a good deal on those 14-day passes, but the AP might work out well for you. And I think parking is $14 per day, so if you go every day, that's $100 just for parking. That might cover whatever difference there is in the 14-day and AP. (Although water park admission would be an issue if you are planning on doing that a lot, so you'd have to look at the premium AP cost.)

I was supposed to be in Newcastle right now! Darned volcano...we have some work to do there but it's been postponed. I've never been north of London so it'll be a new experience.

Thanks to all those for their help and advice, its nice to see that others understand that people ask questions on a forum site because they dont know the answer already!! Hannathy obviously misses this point entirely!!

Tara you will love Newcastle its a great city, much much smaller than London but alot more friendly! If you want any advice on where to stay, eat, visit etc I'd be more than happy to help

No, the point wasn't missed at all. You asked if you get free parking for the days after you checkout of your Disney resort. Hannathy told you that you don't..that free park parking is tied to your resort reservation. I'm not at all sure how you feel they missed the point.

Now...if you had said you have an AP, then yes, the point would have been missed. But, 14 day park passes do not get you free parking at the parks.
