Car or Bus from OKW to Swan

Hi,

We are staying at OKW and we have a dinner reservation our first night at Gullivers Grill at 5:30pm. I've been told it costs extra to park there. I'm wondering how much hassle it is to take the bus instead? Any idea on how long it would take?

You could take the MGM bus and then either take a Friendship boat to the S/D or you could walk there, via the pathway that runs along the canal. The walk takes about 25 minutes to the Dolphin. The boat can be a bit longer if you have to wait for one to come. I would plan on being at the OKW bus stop at 4:00 just to be sure you have enough time. Or, you could just take a cab. There are no buses that go directly from OKW (or any other resort for that matter) to the Dolphin (or any other resort).

Another option is to take a bus to DTD and then another bus to the Swan. I doubt this would be faster than the method above, but might be preferable if your feet are tired.

Thanks for your help. We will have a car so I think we'll just drive there. I was thinking we could save some $$ by taking the bus and not have to pay for parking. Definitely don't want to spend that much time on the bus and/or walking. We have a 15month old. Thanks again.
