Hi

Right these are the terms of the different Car Hire Options, the only difference seems to be the tank of fuel and additional drivers. Is the actual insurance adequate?

The quote is from Floridacarhire.com - anyone used them? are they ok?

Cheers
Mel

Fully Inclusive Option includes
Unlimited mileage, Minimum State Liability Insurance, Loss damage Waiver (LDW), Supplementary Liability Insurance up to $1 million cover (SLI), Uninsured motorist protection up to $1 million cover (UMP), All Local Taxes, Airport Imposed Fees and Environmental charges.

Gold Option includes
Unlimited mileage, Minimum State Liability Insurance, Loss damage Waiver (LDW), Supplementary Liability Insurance up to $1 million cover (SLI), Uninsured motorist protection up to $1 million cover (UMP), All Local Taxes, Airport Imposed Fees and Environmental charges, up to 3 additional named drivers and a tank of fuel.

As far as I can remember, those amounts sound pretty average for the car rental schemes in the US.

However, I'm by no means certain - can anyone else out there help?

Yes, Mel, you are perfectly well covered by either Option:)

i've never dealt with floridacarhire.com, but have got quotes from them. For similar cover/vehicles their quotes were well beaten by the following in my case;-

Airline Network

and

Skycars
