I think there were a few posts in main US forums. Generally ok iirc but there have been a number of cases where bookings have been cancelled at short notice as the owners felt they could rent it at a higher price ( car rental prices very high due to low capacity). Things seem to be improving but I would do a search on recent experiences before booking
