One thing that I did not see is that about 95% of the time, you can do better selling your old car rather than trading it in. They can play games to make it look like they are giving you more, but at the end of the day, they have to give you less than they can sell it for or they won't be in business long.

I just purchased a 2007 Hyndai Elantra for $11,995 plus tax & license here in LA; the sticker was $16,580!!!!!!!!!!!!.

It's a phenomenal car with tons of interior room, far more than either a Civic, Corolla or the new Sentra, as well as Nissan's Versa and the Toyota Yaris.

How much do you want to spend, and what type of vehicle (sedan/minivan/SUV) are on your shopping list?
