I've never seen this restaurant discussed. Hope that doesn't mean it's not great!! I needed one more table service so I booked this one. Anyone eaten here?

I have eaten there for breakfast.. lovely buffet or ala carte if you so choose.. I have dinners there and have always had good food with even better service..

I am sure you will be happy with this choice.

It has only recently changed to that name. Previously, it was the Yacht Club Galley. When we visited in August, we had two really good meals there. Don't know how/if it has changed since the name change.

My DD works there and according to her, it's really good! She just sent me a list of their specialty drinks and beers and even that's pretty impressive.;)

I haven't yet eaten there, but according to the main wdwinfo.com dining page, it's a DIS favorite - I'd say it's a "hidden" favorite, but somebody really likes it.:thumbsup2

(Oh, and even celebs like it - Tia Carrerre from Wayne's World ate there last week).;)

We celebrated a birthday dinner there on Feb 29th. It was fine. DH had pork chops, I shared a prime rib with my sister, and DBIL also had prime rib.
For an appitizer we shared the
Spinach Cheese Dip - Grilled flatbread, chopped onions, tomatoes and bacon. - $7.49 ..
Food was good and service was excellent. We also used our DDE card.

We had dinner there and it was probably the worst meal of our trip - Understand we tried to have some nice meals like Bluezoo which we loved.

It was overpriced and nothing special.
We would not go back unless we had no other options.

We just ate there in early March and had a great meal. And we also like the 'better' meal options (we also ate at Artist Point, Narcoosee's, Chef's De France, etc). CG was a big thumbs up for us - breakfast was great there, too!

I thought it was very good food in a nice environment. We went last year for my birthday dinner and I was not disappointed. I loved the clam chowder. I wanted the Boston cream pie for dessert but was way too full.

The big thing was that my husband had the steak and DID NOT NEED KETCHUP!!!! In our house, that means the Earth stopped spinning.

We're going to Disney World in a few weeks and we might be able to have one dinner together (husband is on business). It's going to be at the Captain's Grille if I can get a last minute reservation.

Captain Grille at the Yacht Club is great all three, breakfast, lunch & diiner. We have had ADR but not really needed if you get there early enough. We never had problems getting seated if no ressie.:goodvibes

We had a great dinner there last week! We both had a steak if I remember correctly. I would go again!
