Captain's Grill vs. Yachtsman Steakhouse

I am helping family plan their upcoming WDW trip. They will have 6 sit down credits. So far they want to try a combo of Captain's Grill, Yachtsman, and Flying Fish. I have eaten at YSH and love it. I hate for them to use their sit down credits so quickly. I know there's a difference in atmosphere but is the food at Captains Grill (1 credit) not close to the food at the Yachtsman (2 credits)?

The food at YM is more upscale than Capts Grill

The food/total dining experience at Captains Grille is nowhere near close to YSH.

Captains Grill is not in the same league as the other 2

At YS we normally only have one person order a steak. They are very large. The other person orders some sides and we split the dessert. It is more than enough food. (This assumes they can agree on something though )
