Captains Grill or Cape May for dinner?

Which of these 2 restaurants offers the best quality of food(not interested in quantity)? We are staying at BCV for 2 nights and are wanting to do one or other for dinner. We are on dining plan 2adult/1 child and wondering which food is actually better? Not many options at Captain's Grille for children, but Adult entrees sound really good, and I know Cape may has variety but see reviews of "bland" food. Any opinions/suggestions?

I prefer Cape May. I found the menu options at Captain's Grille somewhat limiting, and none of the food was particularly memorable. Cape May isn't spectacular, but the buffet offers a nice variety of dishes, and the seafood isn't too bad.

Neither place is my favorite restaurant, but I would choose Cape May over Captain's Grille.
