Captain Jack's Pirate Tutorial - Last Minute Planning Help

We are leaving tomorrow morning:

I have been trying to use the search feature, but I have been unable to locate the times that Captain Jack's Pirate Tutorial takes place outside POTC. We are leaving tomorrow and we want to take friends we are meeting to see this entertaining little show.

Also, are there specific times that Sonny Eclipse plays at Starlight Rays or is that continuous? I thought it was only at specific times, but from the searches I performed, it looked as though it might be continuous.

Captain Jack Sparrow’s Pirate Tutorial
There are pirates among us! And they're looking to recruit. None other than Captain Jack Sparrow's first mate, Mack, is searching out brave souls who dream of a pirate's life. Can you swing a sword, sail the seas, and spot a cursed treasure before you plunder it? Maybe Captain Sparrow will even let you take the Pirate Oath and join his crew.
Daily at 10:15 & 11:20am, 12:25, 2:15, 3:20 & 4:25pm

As for Sonny, he plays continously (I believe, and is that spelled right?).
