Captain Jack?

Is Captain Jack in the parks anymore for meet and greats? My boys love the pirates movies and I didn't know if he was still in the parks or not. Couldn't find anything current. I know we saw him in Disneyland at New Orleans Square but that was in '06 or '07 and the movies were current. Thanks in advance...

No meet and greet, but you can see him several times a day during the Pirate Tutorial on the small stage across from the POTC entrance. If you arrive 10-15 mins prior to show time, you should be able to get up in front of the crowd (at least that has been our experience). They will choose a number of kids to come up on stage to be part of the sword training. If your boys are enthusiastic, they might get picked. In our experience, pretty much all the kids who wanted to participate were able to go on stage at the end to be part of the crew. It's fun.
