Truthfully, I did not like EO way back in the 80's when I saw it. I was expecting to not like it and was very surprised with how much I enjoyed it. Not sure what I was thinking in the 80's but EO is pretty fun and definitely worth doing IMO.

You took the words out of my mouth I thought the same thing back in the day. FF to our June trip. My youngest DD (6) sees that the show is no longer "Honey I shrunk..." and wants to see it. She and DH drag me in there. I totally enjoyed it Everyone was singing along and hollering. So much fun. Seriously.

My daughter is 4 and she LOVES Michael Jackson. Is Captain EO suitable for a child that age?

Depends on the kid. The "witch" character can be kind of scary. But the rest is kind of cornball cheesiness, with great MJ music.

My dd (9) loves captain eo!!! She has since become a huge MJ fan. She had to perform Thriller for her school talent show.

Every time we go to DL we have to ride Space Mtn and follow it up with a stop at Captain EO.
