May 8th,
Woohoo My birthday!!
As it was me birthday i got to choose where we went and what we did!
I stupidly chose the ponderosa steakhouse for brekkie,what a dispointment compared to last years!
After that not so meal we went to super targer, the one on the 192,we were an hour in there.Practically no one in there!!lol
But i was aching for the day after that little trip!(how energetic am i??lol).No Stoppping it was time to hit Epcot; My favourite park of all!!!!! At this time of the hol i decided like a wimp i wasnt going to do any big rides at all,but boy was i wrong as you will find out later on in the reports
So while the others were off getting thrills i sat doing my favourite thing of all,people watching!! lol(was looking so hard for cyber people!! and saw none! )
Lunchtime soon approached much to me delight,i was really looking forward to having some grub in epcot! Even though there was chance of disapointment due to the fact we had no ADR's,so i prepared meself,we walked around the world showcase in a clock-wise position: thus starting in Mexico.
Nothing really we fancied until......we got to Italy and we saw Alfredo's menu!!
Mmmmm there was just a ten minute wait for a table,but the time we got called it was more like 5!
I love the way they bring you a roll and some olive oil for a starter,a lovely and tasty touch!lol
I ordered the cheese and tomato pizza,it took about 10minutes to make and it was one of the if not the nicest pizza ive ever had!!!!
Well we left Epcot not much after that,we were all aching!lol
We got back to the hotel so we could go for a swim.....but in my room there was an evolope and a giant birthday cake adressed to me!!!!!!!!
I opened the card(which i will show in another thread with a piccy of the cake,promise!!!) and i had the surprise of my life,it was from JJ,Jules,Paul,Sue,Mike,Amanda,Tag fairy and Van helsing!!!!!
After i read it i got online straight away with me psp(which is rubbish by the way!lol) Now it was time to test the cake.......one word.....Yum!!!!!! the nicest cake ever!!!!
The evening went on and the plan was to do Downtown disney with Dinner(tea) at PLanet Hollywood.
But that was later....Firstly i was dying to go to disney quest!!!! It sounded fun,well i wasnt disapointed it certainly was!!!
A couple of hours later when we left there we walked towards Planet Hollywood,but i declined at going at the last minute,dunno why just didnt fancy it!
But as it was dinner(tea) time we decided to go to Logans steakhouse on the 192 near Old town,we had a lovely meal there last year!
This is the place with all the peanut shells on the floor,they give you a bucket of monkey nuts to eat on each table,but the idea is eat the nuts and throw the shell on the floor!what an experience!!
I just had a portion of fries,i didnt feel to good! The one thing i can say about this restaurant is that it has a lovely atmospher!!
Phew the day was over time for sleep!!!
