We have booked the all day excursion. Has anyone done this? I'm wondering if it will be too long. We will have a 2 year old with us.

I did the tour that was about 2 hours. I think an all day would be long for a two year old. There really is nowhere comfortable to lay down, etc... Could you possibly do a shorter tour and then take the toddler to the turtle farm? That may work out better.

We did a 2 hour with a 1 1/2 and 2 1/2 yo and it was perfect. I think and all day would be WAY too much for your little one not to mention the heat and the need for you to pack enough snacks and drinks, toys and whatever else for the whole day on a boat. I think 2 hours and you will see enough and enjoy yourself. All day and you might be stressed because of a tired, cranky 2 yo.

I also think this would be an awfully long excursion for a 2yo. Also, the full day runs from 9am to 3pm and to me this is pushing the envelope. The last tender runs at 4:30pm and if your excursion should run late for any reason(which I have read lately that some of the half-day excursions returned late) the ship will not wait. And as someone posted on another thread, it is a long swim to Cozumel. We are doing the half-day excursion but I have older children. If I had a 2yo I think I would only do the 2 hour excursion.
