Capt. cook's burgers

I have eaten the burgers from capt. cooks(polynesian resort) and they are terrible. I dont know what it is, maybe the way they are cooked i find them indedible. Anyone else have this experience? I have tried them three times, thinking the first two times were a fluke but even the third time,,ick!
