Can you please tell me about dinner at this restaurant... I am thinking of switching from Spoodles to here (because of the lobster). Bad choice?? Also, what is the atmosphere like...quiet?? loud?? bar?? We have two boys 5 & 1, would it be ok for them?

It is basically on a dock in the middle of the lake in Downtown Disney. It has a really nice atmosphere with most tables overlooking the water. There is a bar in the center, but it is used only for serving food, i.e. you can't just get a drink there.

Having said that, I would not switch from Spoodles as Cap'n Jack's food is not that good.
