Cap'n Jack sparrow at POTC?

hi, just watched a fab video on the community board of the new POTC with Cap'n Jack added, is he being added to DLRP? or has he been added, havent been on here so much lately so might have missed a thread?

Hi Claire - good to see you.

I'm afraid Captain Jack Sparrow is not at DLP - yet!! And nothing has been mentioned on here, about a possible refurb for our POTC. Personally I wasn't bothered at first, but having seen what they've done at DL and WDW, I would love to see CJS and the other changes added at DLP.

I think I read one post on another forum, that mentioned it might be happening but, apart from that - nothing else.

thanks for all the repiles, i have mixed views, i dont like it when each ride is a carbon copy of the ones in another park but, you can never have too much johnny depp now can you?

It is rumoured that dlrp's Pirates of the Carribbean ride will receive the same or similar makeover as that in California for the 15th Anniversary next year.

They had someone dressed as him when we were at DLP in may.......except he was a spitting image of ricky gervais........im sure it was supposed to be jack sparra!

Even if they do add CJS etc to DLP, our ride will still be different from the ones at DL and WDW in it's the layout and atmosphere. We currently all have many of the same animatronics - the hairy legged man, the redhead, the dog - but the ride still varies between the parks.

You grab him and I,ll hold him down ha ha ,im counting down my 16 days as well , hope the weather is going to be good its been very stormy in paris. my DD daughter made me get the suitcase out today and she has packed her minnie mouse ears already bless her
