Capn Jack at MNSSHP or daytime only?

Is Capn Jack out and about during the Halloween party or only during the day at the Magic Kingdom? Does he do some type of "show" or just a meet and greet? TIA.

He is not out and about at the party. Just on the float. As of now, there are no meet-n-greets. He does the pirate tutorial 'show' by POTC.

The pirate show is great fun! Definitely see it if you get the chance

Jack was on the top of pirates float in the boo to You parade and out for the pirate tutorial but he runs right away, he does not stay for photos....I asked the cast member if there was a chance to get pictures with him and she said no.
