i was getting too confused with who was doing Columbus and who was doing Chicago in the other thread
here we are at week 7 -- half way through the training program.
i pulled a muscle in my lower back last week at ballet, darn! i rested for 4 days and ended up missing my 6 miler. i'm going to fitness center to hopefully TM 5 miles this morning. i may have to take it a bit slower and not really incline to evaluate how my back tolerates the distance. my plan is to do my 7 miler on friday

), might get very hot on the back since the logo is one big square.....the area with teh tranfer on it is not going to be as breathable. Lastly, do you wnat your name on the front of your shirt? Big or little....centered or by your "pocket"? Let me know and I can get these ordered. I would like to order in the next few days so we are sure to have some rocking shirts! I know that not all of us are doing the half....but if you want the race information added to your shirt...let me know. That can be easily done. Thanks!
