We leave in a little over a week and I was wondering if they still have the crab legs on the buffet??? We have ressies and will keep them but just wanted to know if I should expect them or not. Thanks!

No, there are no crab legs.

They had them for a short period- but currently they are not on the buffet.

4) They were a trial, only.
5) The test was to see if the buffet would still make a good profit with crab.
6) Unfortunately, people snarfed them down (aka, pigged out) on them.
7) Now, the decision needs to be made whether to bring them back.

NOTE: Restaurants are profit centers. With DDP, the reimbursement is fixed, and quite low. So, the more expensive food that is eaten, the lower the profit margin. And, each restaurant manager is graded on his/her profit margin. This is called "killing the golden goose" by people gorging themselves. (One of the prime reasons DDP has reduced the dining experience at WDW eateries.)
