Cape May & Chip 'n' Dale?

I booked Cape May for breakfast on my birthday, I love Chip and Dale and want to celebrate my birthday with them. I just to make sure Chip and Dale are always there.

I know characters are subject to change, but I'm hoping they don't change in the next 40 days.

While I can't guarantee the future, they have been there on every trip we've ever been on... we always end our trip with breakfast at Cape May.

I would say that you have a great chance at having them there. The subject to change usually means that there will be an omission if they can't get that character on that day. We went once and Goofy wan't there. I was told by an insider that to play Goofy the cast member has to be at least six feet tall. So I imagine that on that day they didn't hve anyone that height to put the Goofy costume on???

they were there in Feb and late April..and BTW you will love the breakfast...it is our favorite buffet breakfast in all of WDW

My wife and I love the Cape May Cafe. It has a wonderful breakfast buffet and the atmosphere is extremely casual. Yes, Chip and Dale are usually there. Enjoy!

Just got home from Florida last night/this morning. We had breakfast at Cape May, only Chip was there, along with Minnie and Goofy. Our breakfast was on 7/13.

When we were there in April, Dale was there, but no sign of Chip.

Also, Goofy wasn't there, but Stitch was.

That's a very cute pic. I'm not picky on chipmunk, but Stitch would put a little damper on it. (I very much dislike Stitch) BF would probably see i he would skip our table.

Excellent choice! Cape May has a great breakfast! Chip and Dale have always been there, separately or together, on every one of our trips....they are usually the mainstays of Cape May.

Us too, and they are so funny together. YOu have a good chance of seeing many characters at once at this restaurant. It generally isn't too busy so they come around a lot and generally intermingle.

Fortunately (for me too-I'm not a Stitch fan) Stitch didn't go around to any of the tables, he was just in the front lobby for pictures. And he wasn't there all the time either. When we came in, he wasn't there, we just saw him when we left.

I think what they were trying to say is that since the REAL Goofy is so tall, all of the CMs who are Friends of Goofy's also have to be tall (at least six feet). I don't want people to be under the impression that that isn't Goofy at Cape May.

Yes, now that makes more sense. And the CM I talked to said that the reason Stitch was there the day I was is that he's always hungry, so sometimes he sneaks over from O'Hana so that he can get two breakfasts.
