Cape May Cafe? How is it?

How is Cape May Cafe really? I do love clams (but I am from Maine so I naturally like clambakes). My DH however does not like clams (unless fried). He's not much of a fish eater, Do they have steak items there?

We love it.There are alot of non- seafood selections on the buffet.

We also really enjoyed this buffet...there are a lot of choices, a carving station too, salads and great desserts. Really to call it a clambake is a bit of a stretch -- there are buckets for clams and butter and peel and eat shrimp and maybe new potatoes and corn. This was a great buffet, though.

Loved it the first visit; thought it fair the second visit. They did not have steak when we were there; they had ribs and chicken (the chicken was very dry) and potatos, corn on cob, etc. We'll probably give it a third try one of these trips.

We thought it was a waste of money. We are all seafood lovers and were quite disappointed. However, you will find that I am in the minority.

We love it! I am from New England and I have to tell you, the seafood is nothing like we get back home...actually there isnt much seafood...littlenecks and mussles, clam chowder, peel and eat shrimp and a fish of the day. All the other foods are great! Tons of pics in my Oct thread

We love Cape May and eat there atleast once a trip . We are not seafood eaters but the buffet is full of enough variety that I think everyone will find something to their liking .

Add me to your minority. We've eaten there twice and have not been impressed twice. The seafood is low quality and the rest of the food is blah comfort food found all over Disney (that doesn't excite us in the least!). Desserts were good though.
