Top Mast Resort, North Truro, MA.

It's located on Cape Cod Bay. There are many different types of rooms with or without kitchenettes, cottages, etc. Across the street is the saltwater pool. It is minutes from Provincetown. I grew up going there every summer, sometimes twice a summer, well into my 20's. Since we discovered WDW, we go every couple of years and stay in the same hotel. We love Nancy and Al Silva who have owned it my entire life (53 years), and their kids and grandkids. It's a wonderful family resort, and just as much fun for adults only.
