Can't you make a resort payment online?

I'm looking at my reservation at Disneyworld.com but I don't see anywhere to click to make a payment. Hmmm, for some reason I thought I could. Anyone know or do I need to call CRO?

I believe you can only make on-line payments if you booked on-line. If you booked on the phone with CRO, you'll have to call them.

That explains it because I booked through CRO. I'll call them. Thank you!

I was able to pay off are trip online and had booked it on the phone.

Me too! I phoned in my reservation because I had a few questions and from there on out I made my payments onling on the disney website. You will have to create a log in account and then you'll be set to go. When you want to apply a payment it will ask you for your reservation number and phone number. All of your info will be there. Hapy Planning!

if you book a package online, you can make payments online and get codes applied, the problems come in with room only reservations, if you do that online, you cannot make any more payments besides the first one, or apply codes to it online OR on the phone, if you want to use a code, you will have to cancel it and remake the ressie(if you booked online). same if you want to be able to make payments through phone, room only ressies cannot have payments madeonline no matter how you made them. but if you made the ressie through the phone, you can call and make payments(and have codes applied)
