Was Trying to reply to a pop fridge swap post. But keep saying not permitted to do so. I am very new to this so any help would be appreciated

You need to complete your registration with the link in an email you should have received when you registered. There is a thread at the top of this page titled "Not fully registered. . ." with instructions to follow if you did not get the email.

Until then you won't be able to do anything but post here on the Welcome Board.
