Can't Order Photo Package

I tired ordering the photo package all day Friday and it kept timing out at the payment page. Figured it was a glitch on Friday...but NO, still happening today. I thought since it's through an outside company I can't call Disney? True? Anyone else have any issues or suggestions? Thanks!

Yes, different browsers and computers. Have not been able to get into Disney site for the info -
