Can't miss drink

Whether it is alcoholic or not...
Whether it is hot or cold..
Whether it is simple or fancy..
Whether it is coffee or slushy..

What are some of your favorite drinks at WDW?

I enjoy the Sunken Treasure pool bar drink and the Pineapple Float from Aloha Isle.
I am looking forward to trying Lefou's Brew.

Does a Dole Whip Float count as a drink?? If it does, that's my favorite!

My uncle's coffee, brewed every morning in our villa. He wake's up at 5am, so there's a "price" for it (getting woken up!) But what I thought was a special blend is actually just twice the amount of regular Foldger's dark brew mixed w/Pixie Dust I guess:)....best thing I drink all Disney trip & it never tastes the same outside of WDW!! :coffee:

Whether it is alcoholic or not...

Alcoholic or not, I didn't know there was a choice :-)

My favs (clearly in the alcoholic category) :drinking1
Bloody Marys (cause a girl's gotta start the morning off right) - Dawa Bar (African one is my fave) and The Wave

Mixed Drink: Anapurna Zing - Tiffins: Hands down the best drink I've ever had on property. I described it as a gin and tonic marrying a moscow mule then having an affair with a mojito. So good!

Beer: Schofferhoffer - Germany: Beer, Grapefruit, 'Nuf Said

Wine: J Laurenz Gruener Veltliner - Flying Fish: Crisp, acidic, slightly citrusy aka everything that pairs perfect with fish

Frozen Chai from Anandapur Tea Co in Animal Kingdom is my favorite! It's also at the Joffrey's in Disney Springs, and maybe other places too, but those are the only places I know for sure.

Lapu Lapu from Tambu Lounge

LeFou's Brew at Gaston's Tavern.

I always mean to try different adult beverages around the world in Epcot, but then I never do! I have a couple of adults only trips coming up this year, so maybe I'll do it then. Really wanting to try the Tipsy Ducks!

The grand manier orange slushy and the grey goose slushy from France. Tokyo sunset kiosk in Japan. Bloody Mary dawa bar and during a grown up breakfast at Trattoria al Forno.

Non alcoholic Kakagori shaved ice from Japan, frozen coke, and sometimes I just need a bottle of water. My granddaughter would also count stirring a citrus swirl in a cup until she can drink it through a straw like a thick milkshake lol.

We could be Disney drinking buddies, for sure!

Hahaaa! Love it! :thumbsup2

In addition to the ones listed above:

Grand Marnier Slushie from France ("supersized" w/an extra shot, please) Worth every penny

Italian Margarita from Italy (frozen from the gelato stand or on the rocks from Tutto Gusto)

Lapu Lapu from Tambu Lounge

La Fin Du Monde from the popcorn stand in Canada

Innis & Gunn from the beer stand in the UK

Black Velvet (1/2 hard cider, 1/2 Guiness) from R&C It's not on the menu but anyone who works there will know what it is

frozen Golden Margarita from Anaheim Produce in HS

Used to be on the list but since they began serving them premixed, are no longer anymore.. RIP:
African margarita from Dawa bar
Avocado margarita from La Cava

Love this thread! So....speaking of alcohol....these mixed drinks that everyone's mentioning. Are they a decent "pour"? Or do they just wave the bottle over the mix and call it an alcoholic drink? I've always stuck to beer, because they can't take the alcohol out of it. Thoughts? :smooth:

LeFou's Brew at Gaston's Tavern.

I love one of these every MK morning, but tell me I am not the only person that has ever thought of a shot of red stag, or your favorite Vodka, or Captain's in one of these for a nighttime cocktail? :tigger:

That depends on the server who's mixing it for you. I find that it's consitently a pretty strong pour at resort lounges like Tambu or anywhere else I've gone for a drink at a resort. In the parks, it just depends. I've always had a good pour at the Brown Derby Lounge in HS (you can walk up to the bar & get it to-go if you want). You can always request they make it a little stronger for you. Most servers are pretty accomodating. Or if it's a stand like the slushie stand in France, ask for the slushie supersized w/an extra shot. You will pay for it ($17) but IMO, it is worth it.

IME, some of the premixed frozen drinks actually don't skimp on the alcohol, like the Italian margarita from the gelato stand in Italy or the Golden margarita from Anaheim produce or the Yak Attack from Quality Beverage in AK. I recently tried a strawberry margarita from Electric Umbrella in Epcot & although it was not the best drink I've had, the alcohol was very present in it & it was very sweet.

I will preface this by saying that I enjoy a sweet drink that you can't taste the alcohol. I thoroughly enjoyed these two on my last trip:

Banana-spiced Rum Martini (Territory Lounge)
Captain Morgan Original Spiced Rum, Bols Crème de Banana, and RumChata Cream Liqueur

BOOTLEGGER (Homecoming Kitchen)
RumShine and dark rum, blackberry
jam, house-made grenadine,
simple syrup, lime juice

I love the Tipsy Ducks in Love at Joy of Tea

The Jalapeño Margarita at La Cava is another favorite

Wait, what is this?! DH and I always comment that Beverly would be good with some gin or vodka. Has my wish come true?

It has Hendrick's Gin in it. Freaking amazing... & I am a fan of the original Beverly anyway, so it taste that much better. :)

Wow that certainly sounds like an interesting combo. I like all those things in it, but never in a million years would have combined all of them. I'll have to try it!

Tipsy Ducks in Love is the drink I get every visit also. Be careful though, they pour heavy with the bourbon!

The Beverly definitely seemed really close to G&T, I can see this working. Maybe with a little extra lime though.
