Can't log in to dvc site

I went to bank my points only to find that I can't even log into my account! They are asking for an activation code. What code? I have been a DVC member for years and always did everything online.
I tried calling MS twice today only to be on hold for half an hour each time!
Any advice?

It sounds as though perhaps you made a typo. I got in just fine. Member Services will be closed tomorrow because of the holiday -- if you can wait a couple of days I'd do so and call them as early on Tuesday as you can if you're still getting the same error.

I just got in with no problem. What browser are you using? I do best with Chrome instead of IE.

I am using Safari on my iPad. I will try a different browser. If that fails, then back to the phone again.

That has happened to me before.
It seems to do that if you are already logged into a different Disney account.....any account, like MDE
Close out of any you are on and then try again.
