Can't link my Hilton Head reservation to my MDE

Just made me a new reservation for a two night stay at Hilton Head in September and now my MDE won't let me link it. Odd, is it just the app and technical issues you guess?

Ours have always linked up no problem , and our date is September this year too .
BTW, Magic bands work pretty well at HHI . They work just about anywhere the room key would work ........... Entry gate, room , Beach House . They will NOT work for charging however.
Been using MB for a few years now at HHI . They will even tell you they dont work .......even though they do

Got it linked. Had to do it on the laptop vs. the phone. Have a reservation in October I need to cancel now. Wish you could do that online instead of having to call. Wonder why that is?
