Cant link DVC AP vouchers

I'll probably have to call Disney IT in the morning. Trying to add the passes via the MDE website says that the pass information can't be retrieved. Trying to add them via the MDE iPad app says they're already linked to another account. So something is screwy, what's weird is that my DVC affiliation actually says "Disney Annual Pass: Vacation Club", but only in the iPad app, not the website, but other that that, the app doesn't recognize that I have passes. Weird.

Do you have separate MDE accounts? or is your DVC account linked to the same MDE account?

I keep mine separate and this happened to me. I purchased the AP online. It was automatically linked to my DVC account even though the name on the pass is not me. When the other person tried to link the ticket they couldn't because it was linked already ... my DVC-MDE created a profile for this AP! Had to call Disney IT to get this fixed. Next time I know to only buy them over the phone, then it's not linked to my DVC account.

Yeah, bought them online, so that's probably what happened, but the account is the same, so something weird is going on. (I do have two accounts, but I bought them under the same one I was looking for them in. I did check the second one, just in case, but it wasn't there either.)

Called, and they were able to move them. Entire call took 25 minutes or so. They now show up under Tickets & Passes, but not in Affiliations, likely because they aren't active yet, so I technically don't get my status as an AP holder until that happens. They also offered to move a couple of dining reservations I had made under the wrong account, so that was great.

I should also mention that the cast member on the phone said that this wasn't the first one of these that he's seen, and it won't be the last. He said it was a technical problem, and while they weren't given an explanation for why it happens, he said there wasn't anything I could have done differently.

Anyway, looks like I'm all set for my Fastpass selections.
