Can't get to DISboards w/my cable modem!

I've got a 3COM home model cable modem that I purchased through Charter Communications and have been unable to connect to the DISboards! I've worked a bit with their tech support, but have not gotten a reasonable response. I'm perfectly able to get access via Earthlink and at the office. Anyone else encounter this problem?

Can you get to other sites with your Charter Cable service?

I've never had a problem with them.

Yea, that's the weird part. I can get to almost everything except for this board, & WDWIG.com (Deb's unofficial Disney page) and there are a random few others that we find out about when we try a link... In talking with a family member this weekend he said something about a proxy server.

It's tough getting locked out of this site when I enjoy it so much.
I guess we'll have to wait and see what then Charter Pipeline folk say.

Sorry it took so long to get back to you on this.
Here's what I got back from the search:

from Explorer:
The page can not be displayed
-can not find server or DNS Error

I tried to adjust my security and privacy settings but still didn't affect it.
Any thoughts on what to try next?

It's your ISP. Give them a call and tell them that they probably have a router problem. Let them know that you can't get here and give them the URL (web address) of the boards and they should be able to fix it. Neither one of us can do anything else to fix that problem really.
