Can't get on Memolink

I've been having problems getting on Memolink for two days now. I put in my email address and password and enter. It just brings me back to the entry screen again. I've doublechecked my password with Memolink and have the correct password. I've written to them, but am sure that I won't hear anything until Monday. Does anybody know what can be causing the problem? I've already cleaned out my cache.

I don't know what could be causing your problems with Memolink...I haven't had any problems with them lately
