Can't get my dining reservations to show up on MDE

I have been making reservations since the 6 month mark and they have always been there.

For the past few days, when I log into "my reservations" my resort reservation and my tickets show up pretty quickly, but in the dining section, I just get that blue "wheel" that keeps spinning and spinning and they never come up.

Should I be worried? Also, I need to cancel two reservations and I can't get in to do it.

:badpc:

any answers yet? Are others having problems pulling their dining up still on MDE. All its still doing is a rotating kinda like still loading circle but loading our reservation and AP's

This is all I get, too.

The good news is, if I look up dining availability as though I am going to book an ADR, the site will show my ADR's for the day and they are all still there. Hope that makes sense.

When I phoned yesterday to say I need to access my reservations to cancel a couple, I was told the following:

Once you log into the site, go to My Itinerary under My Disney Experience. For each day you have a room reservation, your dining and fastpass+ reservations will also show on the screen. Click on the dining reservation you want to cancel, and a pop-up screen will appear with the details of the reservation. It will also have a couple of buttons on the bottom of the pop-up, one of which is for Cancelling Reservation. I went in this way this morning to cancel a couple and it worked fine.

thanks for the info . This has been going on for days and was wanting to print off a copy of my reservations . Boy I am not sure what system problems or internal problems but it appears there are a lot reported on here. Nothing works fully as supposed to. Hope it gets fixed

If you just click on the the My Disney Experience logo in the menu bar, it'll bring up a page where you can see your plans (including dining, FP+, lodging and any shows you've "added" to your plans). It doesn't give you your confirmation numbers on this page, but at least you can view your dining reservations. The only annoying thing I find is when you print the page, it doesn't place the icons beside each activity so you can't differentiate between FP+ reserved viewing for a parade and a parade you've "added" to your day (not a reservation).
