Can't get into mypoints

All I get is the "Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage" screen when I try to go to the site. Also the email I get from mypoints does not fully load, the boxes have blank spots or red X's so I cannot do any offers.

I can get into other programs and I can get into mypoints on my office computer so it seems to be an issue within my home computer.

Does anyone know what I need to do? Thanks for any help.

The first thing I always do is to dump all the Temporary Internet Files. (I only dump my Cookies as a last resort.)

Run your Norton or McAfee or whatever you have for a virus program.

Next run Ad Aware or whatever you prefer to get rid of adware and spyware. Then I reboot.

Hopefully that will straighten everything out.
