Can't get into my DVC account - can you?

I haven't been able to get in for two days. Keeps saying I'm logged in on another site but for the life of me I can't figure out which one!!! Called MS yesterday and they weren't any help...anyone else with this problem?

try clearing out your cookies. i know that always logs me out of any websites that i have logged into.........laura

I cannot get in using IE, but Firefox works just fine.

Yeah, Firefox seems to be working for most.....It does for me at least.

Firefox is still not working for me, but I just got in using Google Chrome.

Using Firefox and can't get in since last night. Why is this site so difficult to work with??

Try clearing all cookies and cache, then go back and see if you can log in.
Sometimes if you get an error, the cookies keep interfering. Clear and try again.

This seems to have solved the issue for me (actually did it last night and went from not working to working on the first attempt)

still no luck...so far I have tried
1.) clearing cookies (have tried this at least 15 times..grr!!!)
2.) downloaded Firefox - still get same message
3.) tried logging on thru daughter's computer - same message
4.) talked to member services Saturday - she said everything looked fine on their end, try reentering customer code and "one time activation code" that I received last year when I first signed up for site(why is it called "one time activation code" then??) Wouldn't take it - don't think that gal knew what she was talking about
This all started after I signed up for the DisneyFamily site -guess I'll try calling them today?!!

Thanks for the advice - any more ideas?

I just tried and nope I cannot do it either. All I get is

"500 Internal Server Error"

Exactly what I just got when I tried to log in just now. I guess I'll try again later.

After reading through this thread again, I checked to see if I was logged on to the DW site, as I had been doing some vacation planning for friends. That was it. I looted off of that and then the DVC member site let me on. I'll have to be more careful about that.

All is right with the world ....I am finally able to access my account again! Called Member Services and talked with a gal that knew what she was doing and after a few emails and new codes, we got everything fixed!!!! Now, back to planning that vacation!!!
