We are staying at BC in August. I am trying to customize our Magic Bands, but when I try to, it says "We are unable to display certain MagicBand order details at this time. If some or all of your orders are not present, please refresh the page or try again later."
This has been going on for at least several weeks. I've tried Incognito Chrome, regular Chrome, IE and all have the same issue. I can't find a place to do the Magic Bands from the App. I know I still have time, but I want to get this done! We've never had this issue before in many stays. Anyone else having this issue and find a solution?
