Can't access AP offers online?

Recently renewed my AP... updated it online. I get into the AP site fine... but now when I go to offers, when click on that I get "a valid adult pass is required to book this offer".

Has this happened to others, and how do I fix this? thanks!
 
I hate calling... would much rather play on computer and plug in different dates and resorts to compare and now totally can't do that. ugh!!!
 
My daughters has the same thing happening to her "a valid adult pass is required to book this offer".
She has not renew her AP or anything as her AP is good until July at which time she will have to renew.
She called Disney and they told her they are having alot of trouble and a lot of people are getting the same message as you are.
They told her to try another AP pass holder in the family to see if any of them are working, but of course all the rest are children.
So far my AP pass is working so I can look on line, but once June hits, which is next month, I will have to renew mine and of course I maybe facing the same thing as others have.

Disney did say they were trying to work on and but so far no go!

Yeah, it shows mine doesn't expire till 2011 when I go to the passholder section - yet darnit, go to click on booking and they tell me I need a valid pass.
Mine expired April 1st... yet was fine going on AP site with that old pass logged in. Once I hit May 1st I suppose is when nope, didn't work, so put in new AP info and now am getting that message. Tried with different email account, and still even though AP info is up to date, getting that message.

But thanks for letting me know others are having this issue and they're aware of it.. hopefully gets fixed soon!
 
This happened to me today also. Very frustrating when you are trying to plan a last minute trip.
