Canon T3i on sale for $699?

On B&H and amazon.com the canon t3i (body) is on sale for $699.00. I've been waiting to upgrade from my XTI which I love and will still continue to use as a back up camera but I'm just so nervous with big purchases. Does anyone think this is a good deal? And I went to college for photography so I've worked with every brand known to man, the mamiya, nikon, canon, pentax, yada yada yada and I do prefer canon and its products (mamiya is WAY OUT i'm not a millionaire haha) and already have a bunch of the better quality canon lenses and off camera flashes and all that so i'm defiantly sticking with canon and this camera it's just the price that makes me nervous, its gone down almost $100 already should I wait it out for more or not risk it?

Well, I talked to my mother & boyfriend and I bought it from B&H and it will be here this Friday, it pays living close to the city. Oh and as an added bonus I made 7 Disney Dollars haha

I haven't priced it out recently ( I just got my T2i last fall), but that certainly seems like a great deal.

oh and just a small thing, I LOVE LOVE LOVE the costumes you make your daughter they are so amazing! My uncle is a costume designer/dresser (i'm not sure his exact program title haha) for Mary Poppins on Broadway and I told him he needs to get to work on making stuff like that for me, i got the typical "yea ok" look

When I bought my XTI it was $800. YIKES! haha It's supposed to be delievered today and i'm so excited, like a kid at christmas. I hate knowing the truck is so close and having to wait. I want to just go meet it somewhere, schedule a ron de vu

I bought my first 6 MP Canon Rebel DSLR in 04 when they finally broke the $1000 barrier! I'm loving my T2i though! ........ Although perhaps I MIGHT be coveting that articulating screen......

I'm really not used to using a screen to take my shots it was so weird when I just tried it before haha But I LOVE IT and I can't wait to get out and shoot something other than my room with it
