Cannot get a response from Milesource - any suggestions?

I have contact Milesource via email 3 times in the last few weeks regarding the Discover Card 1,500 mile credit I am still waiting for. They have not responded to me. Has anyone had any luck getting support from them, and if so, what's your secret?!
 
I had a little trouble with Milesource crediting me points for some Christmas shopping I had done thru the site. I emailed them twice and never received an email response from them -- the missing points just showed up in my account the day after the second email was sent. I don't know why I had luck and some other people haven't -- I just tried to be as thorough as possible in describing the # of points missing, the merchant that I shopped thru, the date, etc. I don't really have any advice other than to be persistent! Good luck!:)
 
I had the same problem when I signed up for a credit card through them. I got a generic response that they were looking into it, but after 2 or 3 months I had still not heard back. I e-mailed them again & said I would contact the customer service department of the credit card I applied for & a day or so later the points were added to my account. I never received any e-mail letting me know that they would be credited, they just showed up.

Thanks Pink Flamingo! I just sent Milesource another (more convincing) email. Hopefully I will see a nice little deposit (1,500 miles) in my account soon!
