Does anyone know where I can find a schedule of the celebs that will be doing the CP? We saw Rita Morena last year. She was great, but I'd love to see someone different. I really wanted to see Joshua Morrow last year but the dates didn't work out.

They have Candlelight Packages which include seating in one of the shows and a dinner either before or afterwards. The packages are on sale right now and I would guess that there are still several available.

Another option is to show up and stand in line for seating. Some of the bigger narrators may be hard to get into though. Last year, people were lining up at 3:00 in order to get in for a couple of the speakers.

We did the Candle Light dinner package -- you can eat before or after -- it was great having the up close reserved seating.

I've attended Candlelight Processional twice and taken the Dinner Package both times. Last year there was an enormous queue for Gary Sinise on 24th December (the night we were attending) and even the "reserved seating" queue was huge!

for the link Helen K. Now I know...hmmmm. It would be best for us to go over Thanksgiving, but we did that last year and saw Rita Moreno...she was good. I would love to see Haley Joel Osmond or Eartha Kit. Well, on with the planning. I may be stuck with Rita again.

We will be there the week Phil Donahue and Haley Joel Osmond are the narrators. I just can't wait to see it. It seems like a beautiful show, sure to put you in the holiday spirit. :goodvibes

My question is this: since it will be late Nov./ early Dec. , are the crowds such that I need to bother with the package ? I have an 11 year DD , whom WDW considers an "adult" . So the most inexpensive tier package would cost us around $120 (DH, me, DD11 and DD9).

Any suggestions? :confused3

We've done the package twice now. Both times in early Dec/late Nov. We saw the late show both times also. I can't say how crowded it was for the earlier shows but I can say it was a zoo for the late show!!! The stand-by line (without dinner packages) began about an hour and a quarter before the show started. Those with the packages get in 3/4 hr before the show starts and then about 15 minutes before it starts they start letting those in the stand-by line in. I had the package and still stood in line for almost an hour!!! It looked like most of those who were standby got in but most had to have their groups split up since there wern't many groups of empty seats together. So, my advice if you don't want to do a package, which I can understand since my dd at almost 12 doesn't eat enough to warrent the adult price either, would be to go to the early showing. It's not quite as dramatic since it's still light out but you would most likely have a better chance of sitting together without the package.
I'll be there for Phil Donahue on the 30th, with dinner at LeCellier!!! I can't wait. This is such a beautiful way to start my holiday season!!!

Thanks goofy4tink !! :) I think that I will probably just go ahead and try to book the dinner package. I'm thinking about our first night at WDW, Nov. 28. It seems like a perfect way to get in the holiday spirit :goodvibes

ONE DAY!!!! after Uncle Jesse himself, Mr. John Stamos is there. I about cried!!!! Whichever day I go I'm going to see Stephen Curtis Chapman again... Oh well! At least there's a possibility of seeing SOMEONE!! :) Dec. 2006 may be my Uncle Jesse year!
