For anyone who has gone in the past what all is included in your meal. Do you get to pick off the menu? What about drinks and dessert are they included?

Anyone have an idea when the information on when to book will be available?

The tickets go on sale mid August. You have to eat before your seating time. You get salad,main course,desert and non alcohlic drink. You have to leave tip. I did Germany and that was great as it is a Buffet so you get to go back for more and the food was good. I lucked out and they had the entertainment the evening I was booked for so I got 2 shows for the price of 1.
